पत्रकार साकेत गोखले ने अपनी खोज से साबित किया है कि महाराष्ट्र चुनाव के समय राज्य मुख्य चुनाव कार्यालय कासोशल मीडिया, बीजेपी आईटी सेल संभाल रहा था। इसके संचालन की ज़िम्मेदारी बीजेपी आईटी सेल के एक पदाधिकारी को सौंपी गई थी।
पिछले कुछ सालों से विपक्ष की ओर से लगातार आरोप लगते रहे हैं कि देश की तमाम संवैधानिक संस्थाओं ने सरकार के आगे घुटने टेक दिये हैं या बीजेपी के लिए काम करने लगी हैं, लेकिन अब यह आरोप ही नहीं रहा। महाराष्ट्र से इस संबंध में एक बेहद चौंकाने वाली ख़बर आयी है। पत्रकार साकेत गोखले ने अपनी खोज से साबित किया है कि महाराष्ट्र चुनाव के समय राज्य मुख्य चुनाव कार्यालय का सोशल मीडिया, बीजेपी आईटी सेल संभाल रहा था। इसके संचालन की ज़िम्मेदारी बीजेपी आईटी सेल के एक पदाधिकारी को सौंपी गयी थी।
Shocking details:

साकेत के मुताबिक 2019 के चुनाव के पुराने विज्ञापन पलटते हुए उन्हें ये चौंकाने वाली जानकारी मिली। साकेत ने ट्विटर पर लिखा एक सापता होने की वजह से उनका माथा ठनका। इस सिलसिले में एक के बाद कई ट्वीट किये।
Browsing through the old social media adverts of the Chief Electoral Officer, Maharashtra, something very strange stood out. The Chief Electoral Officer reports to the ECI.
In each of the ads, the address seemed to be the same:
“202 Pressman House, Vile Parle, Mumbai”

I decided to check who the address belongs to. It’s that of an advertising company called Signpost India which was a govt-empaneled agency under Fadnavis BJP govt.
But wait – that’s not half the story

गोखले के मुताबिक 202, प्रेसमैन हाउस, विले पार्ले, मुंबई पता है एक डिजिटल एजेंसी सोशल सेंट्रल का जिसके संचालक हैं देंवाग दवे जो बीजेपी युवा मोर्चा के आईटी और सोशल मीडिया के राष्ट्रीय संयोजक हैं।
The address 202 Pressman House was also used by a digital agency called “Social Central”.
This agency is owned by Devang Dave who is the national convener of IT & social media for BJP’s Youth Wing @BJYM.

यही नहीं, देवांग दवे ऐसी कई और वेबसाइटों के संस्थापक हैं जो बीजेपी और प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के प्रचार के लिए बनी हैं।
Devang Dave is also the founder of websites and pages like “The Fearless Indian”, “I Support Narendra Modi” etc. His agency lists the BJP (naturally) as a client along with other govt. entities.

यानी महाराष्ट्र के 2019 के चुनाव के समय चुनाव आयोग ने बीजेपी को जिताने के लिए रात दिन प्रचार में जुटे पार्टी के आईटी सेल के पदाधिकारी को अपना सोशल मीडिया हैंडल करने की जिम्मेदारी दे दी थी।

ECI is supposed to be monitoring social media of parties during election.

साकेत गोखले के इस रहस्योद्घाटन से हड़कंप मच गया है। चुनाव आयोग ने इसकी जाँच के आदेश दे दिये हैं। साकेत गोखले ने इसे एक बड़ी जीत बताते हुए कहा है कि यह बताता है कि संस्थानों को बचाने के लिए हमारा बोलना कितना जरूरी है। सवाल ये है कि किसी एजेंसी को हायर करते समय बैकग्राउंड चेक क्यों नहीं की गयी और इलेक्शन कमीशन का कितना डाटा बीजेपी आईटी सेल के पास पहुँच गया है?
